Clearbooks refund export support
The Clearbooks integration has been updated to support the export of order refunds.
When a refund is processed on an order in ShopWired and refund exports are enabled within the Clearbooks app settings, ShopWired will automatically create a matching credit note in Clearbooks. This ensures that refunded amounts are correctly reflected within your accounting records and reduces the need for manual adjustments.
If refund exports are disabled within the Clearbooks app settings, refunds will not be exported and no credit notes will be created, maintaining the existing behaviour.
This update improves the synchronisation between ShopWired and Clearbooks by ensuring that both sales and refunds can be recorded automatically.
