What's new at ShopWired?

The Send customs & duties amount as zero if no amount is paid setting has been added to the Royal Mail Click & Drop app.

Previously, the app sent a customs & duties amount only when an eligible paid amount was available and configured to be sent. Otherwise, the field was omitted. Enabling the new setting changes this behaviour: the app sends a customs & duties value for all international orders, using 0 as a fallback when no eligible paid amount would otherwise be sent. An order is treated as international when the business country differs from the shipping recipient's country.

The setting does not replace an eligible paid customs & duties amount with zero. Leaving it disabled preserves the existing behaviour of omitting the field when no eligible paid amount is sent.
