What's new at ShopWired?
Epos Now Integration
We've released a new Epos Now app, enabling ShopWired stores to integrate directly with Epos Now POS.
The app allows merchants to synchronise products, stock levels and orders between both platforms, helping to keep ecommerce and in-store sales channels up to date automatically.
Key functionality includes:
- Product synchronisation between ShopWired and Epos Now using SKU codes
- Automatic or manual product synchronisation
- Stock synchronisation with configurable stock master settings
- Real-time stock updates
- Nightly stock audits
- Order synchronisation in both directions
- Customer synchronisation
- Category, brand, order status and payment method mapping
- Support for multiple Epos Now locations by selecting the location to synchronise
- Email notifications for unexpected synchronisation errors
- Detailed failed synchronisation logs for products, stock updates and orders
The app supports configurable import and export settings, allowing merchants to decide whether products and orders should be synchronised from ShopWired to Epos Now, from Epos Now to ShopWired, or in both directions where supported.
Before enabling synchronisation, merchants should configure category, brand, order status and payment method mappings as required. Products must use unique SKU codes on both platforms in order to synchronise successfully.
