Important information about Royal Mail deliveries from Great Britain
When sending goods internationally or from Great Britain to Northern Ireland through Royal Mail Click & Drop, check that your orders contain the required product and customs information.
Requirements depend on the destination, selected Royal Mail service and account configuration. A total parcel weight alone does not replace individual item information or package contents.
Before exporting:
- Check product weights, customs descriptions, countries of origin and any required HS tariff codes
- When exporting manually, select the products and quantities included in each package
- Confirm that the selected Royal Mail service is available on your account and supports the destination
- For deliveries from Great Britain to Northern Ireland, complete the relevant Windsor Framework configuration in your Click & Drop account
