What's new at ShopWired?

The KashFlow integration has been updated so that invoice data exported from ShopWired is mapped more accurately to KashFlow invoice fields.

Previously, all invoice line items (including products, delivery and discounts) were assigned to the generic 9998 – Other sales code, requiring manual correction in KashFlow.

The following improvements have now been made:

• Products, delivery charges and discounts can be assigned to separate KashFlow account codes
• Product-level account codes are supported using a custom product field
• Product SKUs are now passed through to KashFlow
• Invoice line item descriptions are correctly populated

The KashFlow app now supports the same account code configuration approach as the Xero app, including:

• Payment account
• Shipping account
• Tax and rounding accounts

For product-specific account codes, a product custom field can be used with the following exact field name:

• kashflow_account_code

The value set in this field for each product must match a valid KashFlow nominal code.

• If an invalid or non-existent account code is supplied, KashFlow may reject the invoice
• Account codes must already exist in KashFlow before being assigned in ShopWired
• Changes apply to newly exported orders only
