Klaviyo ecommerce features
The Klaviyo integration app for ShopWired has been significantly enhanced to support full ecommerce data synchronisation and advanced event tracking between ShopWired and Klaviyo. Merchants can now take advantage of Klaviyo’s catalogue, order, and back in stock automation features, enabling more personalised marketing and better insight into customer behaviour.
Key new features include:
Product and category catalogue sync
- Export your entire product and category catalogue from ShopWired to Klaviyo, allowing for detailed product data to be used in Klaviyo campaigns and automations
- Large catalogues are handled reliably, regardless of size
Flexible product variation export
- Choose whether to list product variations as separate products or include all variations within the main product in your Klaviyo catalogue
Back in stock notifications
- Allow customers to register for back in stock alerts on both products and variations
- The integration automatically syncs restock events to Klaviyo, triggering notifications to interested customers
- Back in stock is supported for both products with and without variations (SKUs required)
Order and fulfilment event sync
- Send detailed order events, including placed, fulfilled, cancelled, and refunded orders, from ShopWired to Klaviyo
- This enables advanced post-purchase flows and revenue attribution in Klaviyo
Voucher code sync
- Export ShopWired voucher codes to Klaviyo for use in email campaigns
- Manual and automatic sync options are available, with support for both active and inactive vouchers
Automated and on-demand syncing
- All major sync processes can be triggered manually or run automatically, with options to include or exclude previously exported or inactive data
Export error logging and notifications
- Monitor export status and errors directly within the app, with the option to receive email notifications about failed exports for easier troubleshooting
Comprehensive settings interface
- New options allow merchants to configure how catalogue, order, and voucher data are synced, and map ShopWired customer events to specific Klaviyo lists
