Klaviyo trade account activation

The Klaviyo app now includes the When a trade customer's account is made active setting. Select a Klaviyo list for this setting to add trade customer profiles to that list when their accounts are made active.

Only trade customers who have opted in to marketing communications are added. Opt-in filtering also remains in place for trade account registration.
