Orders importing from Lightspeed into ShopWired may have previously failed due to missing or incomplete customer address information, particularly the postcode required for delivery rate validation.
The Lightspeed app has been updated to ensure that all customer address details, including billing address, shipping address, and the order-level postcode, are sourced from the configured Lightspeed Customer instead of the sale’s generic or incomplete customer data.
This change resolves errors related to invalid delivery rate values and improves order import reliability.
