What's new at ShopWired?

ShopWired’s new Subscriptions app is a major improvement on the existing subscription system, introducing free trials, expanded customer self-service and import and export tools.

Offer a free trial before a customer’s paid subscription begins.

Customers can manage their subscriptions through their customer account, including:

• Updating billing and delivery details
• Changing card details
• Pausing, resuming or cancelling subscriptions
• Changing quantities and product options
• Adding or removing items
• Pausing or resuming individual items

Changes apply to future renewals and do not change orders already placed.

Existing users can install and configure the new app while the previous subscription system remains active, then activate the new system when ready.

Activation applies to new subscription purchases. Existing subscriptions continue to renew through the previous system and are not automatically converted into contracts in the new app.

Import and export tools support transferring and managing subscription data.
