What's new at ShopWired?
New update to the Click & Drop integration
Once a label has been purchased on the Click & Drop website, the Click & Drop integration app can now:
- Automatically update the status of the order on ShopWired (to an order status you select)
- Send an order status email to your customer (informing them that their order has been dispatched)
- Add in the tracking URL provided by Royal Mail
- Tracking URLs are only available for Signed For, Special Delivery and other similar services
Automatic order status updates are completed every hour.
To use the new feature:
- Navigate to Apps > Click & Drop
- Select the order status that an order should be changed to once a label has been purchased using the setting Select what status an order should be changed to after the postage is paid on Click & Drop and a label generated
- Select whether to send an order status email using the setting Send an email to the customer
