New updates to Nets Easy gateway

The Nets Easy payment gateway integration (only available to ShopWired users within Denmark) has been updated setting the merchantHandlesConsumerData property to false when used from the shopping basket page (as an express payment gateway).

A language setting has also been added to the payment gateway configuration page witihin ShopWired allowing users to specify the display language of the payment gateway page.
