What's new at ShopWired?

A new setting, Pad product images for TikTok, has been added to the TikTok app settings.

When enabled, ShopWired will automatically adjust product images before they are sent to TikTok:

• Images are padded with white space to create a square (1:1) aspect ratio
• Images are ensured to meet TikTok’s minimum size requirement of 600 × 600 pixels

This helps prevent product export failures and rejections caused by images that do not meet TikTok’s strict image requirements.

By default, this setting is disabled and images are sent to TikTok exactly as they are stored in your ShopWired account.

The adjusted images are processed temporarily during export and are not permanently stored in your ShopWired account.
