Royal Mail Click & Drop PDDP customs & duties

You should only enable this setting if your Royal Mail Click & Drop account is has DDP services configured as available.

A new Send customs & duties amount setting has been added.

When selected, the setting sends the customs & duties value to Royal Mail, but only if the customer has opted to pay customs & duties at checkout.
