Set product stock alert levels through the API

Product stock alert levels can now be set through the ShopWired API using the stockAlert property when updating a product. This property accepts false, 0 or a positive number.

Stock alerts are configured at product level only. Variations inherit the stock alert settings from their parent product and do not have separate stock alert settings.
