ShopWired has released a new TikTok integration app, allowing merchants to connect their TikTok Shop to their ShopWired account and manage products, stock levels and orders across both platforms.

Once installed, the app provides full product, order and stock synchronisation between TikTok and ShopWired, including:

Exporting ShopWired products to TikTok Shop
Automatic product synchronisation
Optional manual product export
Sync now functionality for bulk export of unsynced products
Two-way stock management
Automatic stock updates from orders
Optional nightly stock reconciliation
Importing TikTok Shop orders into ShopWired
Optional automatic order import
Order status synchronisation (TikTok → ShopWired)
Category, brand and order status mapping between ShopWired and TikTok
TikTok Events API integration for server-side conversion tracking

The app also includes product sync status tracking, detailed logs, export monitoring, and product approval/disapproval visibility.
