What's new at ShopWired?
VAT values now sent to Click & Drop
Previously, when orders were exported from ShopWired to Royal Mail Click & Drop, VAT values were not being sent separately as part of the order data. Although the overall order total remained correct, Click & Drop did not display an itemised VAT amount for the order.
This issue affected UK and international orders, including EU orders where VAT had been charged.
An update has now been deployed so that ShopWired sends the orderTax value to Click & Drop during the order export process. Testing was completed across:
- UK orders with VAT
- UK orders without VAT
- International orders with VAT
- International orders without VAT
The VAT amount will now display correctly within Click & Drop order information.
