What's new at ShopWired?

ShopWired Version 7 (V7) is now live.

As well as a complete refresh and new design for the user interface, some new features have been added. A brief description of each new feature in V7 is contained below.

ShopWired V7 also comes with two new major additions to our support documentation:

• A redesigned and updated help guide centre, available at https://help.shopwired.io
• A new interactive AI powered question and answer support tool available from within the help guides to answer any question you have about ShopWired's functionality
• Including help with troubleshooting, workarounds, and suggesting features based on your business processes and use cases
• A new detailed changelog, available at https://help.shopwired.io/changelog, providing details on all new features and other changes to ShopWired

• Filtering by date is now available on orders, quotes and subscriptions

• Filtering by product (or product brand) is now available on orders, quotes and subscriptions

• Orders can be searched by ShopWired order ID

• Subscriptions can be searched by subscription ID

• Subscriptions can be archived (or be active) this does not affect the subscrip's status of Subscribed or Cancelled)

• Subscriptions can be filtered by subscription status (either Subscribed or Cancelled) and subscription state (either Active or Archived

• Quotes can now be archived (or be active)

• Quotes can be filtered by quote state (either Active or Archived)

• A note on PayPal orders that states whether the order was created using PayPal Express or PayPal Checkout

• When editing an order, custom field data is copied across to the newly created order

• Customer accounts can now be created through the ShopWired account
• New filters have been added to the customers page to filter customers by the number of orders placed

• A new bulk editor for products has been added, allowing you to apply multiple changes to products simultaneously

• Bulk editing also includes changing stock quantities and the categories for products

• New filters have been added to the products page to filter products by:

• In stock / out of stock

• Subscription products

• Pre-order products

• Listed on eBay / not listed on eBay

• Active / inactive products

• A new way to export specific products into a CSV (in the product export format)

• Stock requests can now be deleted

• The ability to specify the delivery countries that are available at checkout
• When creating a delivery rate the ability to specify the type of visitor that the delivery rate is available to and therefore create standard customer and trade customer only delivery rates

• The ability to filter the trade accounts exported using the trade customer export by 'accepts marketing' status
• New filters have been added to the trade customers page to filter customers by the number of orders placed

• A new full page code editor has been designed
• Users are no longer asked to toggle between standard and advanced mode

• The addition of /categories and /brands to the automatically generated sitemap.xml file

• Options to discard + reload (which discards any changes and reloads the current page) changes, save changes (which doesn't close the current page) and save + close (which closes the current page) have been added to various page
• A view option has been added to various pages providing an option to view the current open item
