What's new at ShopWired?
Virtual Terminal for ShopWired Payments now available
A new feature is now available for ShopWired Payments users. The virtual terminal allows you to process one-time card payments directly from your ShopWired admin, without creating a corresponding order.
Key features:
- Enter card details and a transaction description for ad hoc payments
- Transactions are processed instantly and appear alongside other ShopWired Payments transactions
- All payments are recorded on the transactions page and in reports for straightforward reconciliation
- Application fees and refunds are handled in the same way as standard transactions
- The transaction information page displays the payment description and identifies Virtual Terminal transactions
- Customer name and email address are captured for each payment and included in reports
This feature gives you added flexibility to take payments outside the standard order process, using the secure ShopWired Payments system.
