I've chosen a 'related product' for my product but it's not showing, why not?

If you've added a related product to a product, but it isn't showing, then please check through these common errors below:

1. Is the product active?
If the product isn't active, then it won't display as a related product. Make sure the product is active by checking its status on the products page in the management system (a tick should be present in the 'active' tick box).

2. Is there enough room?
While most ShopWired themes are built to host an unlimited number of related products on a product's page, some themes may not have this ability. Check on the product page to make sure that there is room for your chosen related product to be shown.
