Customers
Unfortunately BluePark does not enable the exporting of customer details into a spreadsheet so it is not possible to migrate customer accounts to ShopWired automatically.
Therefore, your existing customers will need to create new accounts on your ShopWired website.
ShopWired customer import
If you are able to get your customer data into a CSV file (either by contacting BluePark for assistance or from your own system, then this data can be imported into ShopWired using the customer import feature.
ShopWired also allows you to import trade customers (using trade customers on ShopWired gives you access to more features such as creating different pricing groups).
Before launch
We'd recommend making an addition to your ShopWired theme so that on the customer account login page customers are informed that you have launched a new website and asked to create a new account.
This can be done in the form of a notice similar to the attached screenshot example below.

After launch
After launching your ShopWired website, if you currently keep your own list of customer email addresses, we recommend emailing customers (something you may already be planning to do) informing them that you have launched a new website and asking them to create a new account.
The email can be a good way to prompt customers to return to your website to make a new purchase, and you therefore might like to include a voucher code in the email giving a discount off the customer's next purchase.
