Landed Cost Calculator app EU updates
The Landed Cost Calculator app has been updated to support the calculation of customs & duties for countries within the European Union.
For each delivery rate for any country within the European Union you can now select whether the delivery rate supports .
If selected, the Landed Cost Calculator app will support the calculation of customs & duties (but not VAT). For example, France's €2 handling fee per tariff classification (HS line).
The selection of for a delivery rate to support DDP can only be made when countries within the EU are specified individually as delivery zones and is not available for the EU VAT Zone Countries shipping zone.
VAT
The changes to the Landed Cost Calculator app to support customs & duties for the EU do not affect how VAT is calculated for an order shipping to the EU. Continue to use ShopWired's existing VAT features to manage the calculation of VAT for EU orders.
