The Mailchimp integration app for ShopWired has been comprehensively upgraded to support full ecommerce data synchronisation and automation between ShopWired and Mailchimp. Merchants can now take advantage of Mailchimp’s ecommerce features for advanced email marketing, abandoned cart recovery, and customer insight.

Product and variant catalogue sync

• Automatically export your full product catalogue, including all variants (SKUs), to Mailchimp
• Keeps product information up to date in real time when products are created, updated, or deleted in ShopWired
• Supports large catalogues with category and brand mapping

Abandoned cart synchronisation

• Automatically sync abandoned carts from ShopWired to Mailchimp
• Includes customer details, product data, and checkout URLs to power abandoned cart automation flows
• Completed orders automatically clear abandoned cart data in Mailchimp

Order and transactional sync

• Send detailed order data, including fulfilled, cancelled, and refunded orders, to Mailchimp

Customer and subscriber sync

• Sync all customers and newsletter subscribers from ShopWired to Mailchimp
