Order page VAT display update
Previously, orders displayed "inc. VAT" and "exc. VAT" breakdowns even when no VAT was applied to the order. This could be misleading, as users might assume VAT was still being charged.
To improve clarity, when toggling the display of product prices including/excluding VAT, the VAT breakdown has been removed from orders when no VAT was charged on an order.
