What's new at ShopWired?

A new Payment links feature has been introduced for users of ShopWired Payments. This feature allows users to create secure checkout links that enable customers to make payments for specific products or custom amounts without placing a standard online order.

Payment links can be customised with a name, description, and amount, and can optionally allow customers to change the amount they wish to pay. Users can also limit the number of payments accepted per link.

Once created, each payment link has a unique URL that can be shared with customers. The Payment Links page within the ShopWired admin displays all existing links along with their creation date, amount, total paid, and current status — Active, Inactive, or Expired. Expired links can be reactivated or edited if required.

A new system email called Payment Link Paid has also been added. This email is sent automatically when a customer successfully completes payment for a payment link, confirming the payment details.
