Restore prices to current values when editing orders
A new restore prices to current values option has been introduced to the order editor.
This option allows you to remove all discounted or custom prices from products within an order and reset them to the values currently set in the product catalogue. When selected:
- All injected prices are reset
- Only “persistent” custom prices are affected, including:
- Restored orders (when editing existing orders)
- Prices set manually on the create order page
- Custom prices set via the website or API
- Default product prices
This feature ensures that any changes to product pricing are reflected accurately when editing or recreating orders. The create order page continues to use ShopWired’s basket system, so any current discounts will automatically re-apply where applicable.
