Supplier dispatch emails app
The Supplier dispatch emails app has been introduced to allow suppliers to be notified when new orders are received for products they are responsible for dispatching.
The app works alongside ShopWired's brand system. After installing the app, a supplier email address can be configured for each brand.
When enabled, ShopWired will:
- Check each product in a new order
- Identify the brand assigned to each product
- Group products by brand
- Send a separate supplier email to each brand with a configured supplier email address
Each supplier email contains only the products belonging to that specific brand.
