Making a referral
Your ShopWired partner account has a unique referral URL you can use to send potential customers to ShopWired's website. If someone uses your referral link to sign up for a ShopWired account, you will earn commission each time that referred customer makes a subscription payment to ShopWired. The commission payments are earned for the lifetime of the referred ShopWired account.
ShopWired pays a commission of 15% on the net value (without VAT/tax) of the subscription payments made by a referred customer. Commission payments aren't made for app charges or one-off payments made by customers to ShopWired.
Making a referral
To refer a new customer to ShopWired, you'll need to give them your ShopWired referral link:
- Navigate to Referrals
- Select the
copy your unique URLoption or copy the displayed URL, e.g.https://www.shopwired.co.uk/?affiliate=your-name - Provide the link to the customer you want to refer
When a visitor to the ShopWired website uses your referral link, a cookie will be placed on their computer to track their behaviour on our website. As soon as they sign up for an account, the cookie will be activated, and a record will be made on your ShopWired account that you referred them.
You can direct a potential customer to any page on the ShopWired website, but you must include your referral parameter in the URL, ?affiliate=your-name, e.g. https://www.shopwired.co.uk/pricing?affiliate=your-name.
