Managed accounts
A managed account is a ShopWired account that you have access to through your ShopWired partner account.
An account can become one of your managed accounts in one of two ways:
- When a development account subscribes to a ShopWired subscription, it will become a managed account
- When a ShopWired account to manage their account
To manage your managed accounts, navigate to Managed accounts. For each account, you can use the login
option to access the ShopWired account.
Managing a new account
If an existing ShopWired user would like you to help them manage their ShopWired account and website, they can add you as their managing account through their own ShopWired account.
The ShopWired user will need to enter your partner account email address (which you should give them) into the section of their account described here.
Once this has been completed, you'll receive an email with an invitation URL, which you should click to accept the request.
