Your ShopWired account login
You can use the account settings page within your ShopWired account to change your ShopWired account’s email address and password, navigate to Your account (top right) > Account settings.

Your ShopWired account’s support pin is used as an extra layer of authentication when asking about sensitive data on your ShopWired account or need to confirm a change that ShopWired is making on your behalf.
To view your ShopWired account’s support pin navigate to Your account (top right) > Account settings and locate the Support PIN setting. Support PINs must be 6 numbers in length.

If you’re using a ShopWired partner to help manage your ShopWired account and website, you can give them access to your ShopWired account by navigating to Your account (top right) > Account settings.
Enter your partner’s partner account email address in the ShopWired Partner account access section into the Your ShopWired Partner's account email address setting and select the send invite
option - this will send an email invite to the partner.
If your ShopWired account already has a partner assigned it will displayed to you in the ShopWired Partner account access section of the account settings page. To remove access that a ShopWired partner has to your ShopWired account select the remove access
option.
