Billing & invoices
ShopWired subscription
- At the start of every billing cycle, ShopWired generates an invoice for your subscription payment, and the payment card stored on your ShopWired account is charged automatically
- The date of your billing cycle is determined by the date that you first subscribed to a ShopWired package
- For example, if you subscribed to a monthly package on the 3rd of March, your billing cycle will run from 3rd March to 2nd April (and for similar periods each month thereafter)
App charges
App charges
- App charges are calculated daily, on a pro-rata rate of the monthly fee, based on the apps you have installed in your account on each day
- For example, an app that costs £3.00 per month will be charged at £0.10 per day (where the month has 30 days)
- On the 1st day of each month, ShopWired generates an invoice for your app charges for the previous calendar month, and the payment card stored on your ShopWired account is charged automatically
- If you install and/or remove an app partway through a calendar month, you're only charged for the days you had it installed
To view how many paid apps you have installed in your ShopWired account, and the charges for those apps, navigate to Your account (top right) > Billing & invoices and locate the Your app usage section.
Each app invoice contains a summary of the charges levied for each individual app charged for. When viewing the Your app usage section, you can also select the tooltip (?
icon) for the Last month's app charges heading to see the approximate totals for the paid apps you were charged for.
You can navigate to Apps > Installed apps and view the amount displayed in the Monthly total to view the total monthly charge for the apps currently installed in your account.

If ShopWired cannot charge your card for your subscription charge or app charges, you will receive an email notification to your ShopWired account's registered email address. A notice will also be displayed in your ShopWired account.
ShopWired will automatically attempt to charge your card each day for the next 6 days after your payment initially fails, and your ShopWired account will remain open, and your website live during this grace period.
If after 7 days, ShopWired cannot charge your stored card, your ShopWired account will be locked, and your website will be taken offline until payment is received.
To update your stored card, navigate to Your account (top right) > Billing & invoices, select the Change card option, and follow the onscreen instructions.
ShopWired Payments fees
ShopWired Payments fees
- ShopWired Payments fees are charged at source, deducted from transactions that you receive, or are charged to your ShopWired Payments registered bank account
- ShopWired Payments does not charge the credit/debit card that you've registered in your ShopWired account
- On the 1st day of each month, ShopWired Payments generates an invoice for your processing fees and other fees charged resulting from your use of ShopWired Payments

To view and download your invoices:
- Navigate to Your account (top right) > Billing & invoices
- Navigate to the Invoices & credit notes section
- Select the View link for the invoice or credit note that you want to download
