Processing orders in bulk
ShopWired provides a number of features for you to complete several different types of actions on orders in bulk. To process orders in bulk, navigate to the orders page in your ShopWired account.
Before processing orders in bulk, use the search and filter options on the orders page to view the orders that you want to process.
Printing order invoice PDFs
Printing order invoice PDFs
You can print/download order invoice PDFs for multiple orders by selecting the orders you want to print and selecting the print PDF
option.
If you have defined you will be prompted to select the PDF theme before the PDFs are generated.
You can generate PDFs for up to 50 orders at a time. The generated PDFs will be merged into a single PDF document.
Marking orders as shipped

You can mark orders with the order status on your ShopWired account that corresponds to the shipped by selecting the orders you want to mark as shipped and selecting the mark as shipped
option.
You will also be prompted, optionally:
- To enter a value for the Tracking URL field for each order you've selected to mark as shipped
- To select whether to send an to each customer
Changing order status

You can change the order status for orders in bulk by selecting the orders you want to change the status for and using the change status
option. You'll be prompted to select the new order status for each order and, optionally:
- To enter a value for the Tracking URL field for each order you've selected to change the status of
- To select whether to send an to each customer
Deleting orders
Deleting orders
You can delete orders in bulk by selecting the orders you want to delete and using the delete
option.
Deleting orders is irreversible, and once an order is deleted, it cannot be recovered.
