Logo & favicon

To upload your company logo to your ShopWired account:

1. Navigate to Website assets > Logo
2. Select the logo file from your device's hard drive
   • You can upload JPG, PNG, JPEG or GIF files
   • Animated GIFs can be uploaded with the animation preserved
3. Optionally, select the edit image option to make any changes to the image using ShopWired's image editor
4. Select to save your changes

Your company logo will be displayed on your website and used on your website's transactional emails.

Follow these best practices when uploading a logo:

• Where available, use a logo with a transparent background (i.e. a PNG file)
• Whilst you can use the theme editor to resize the display of the logo on your website, aim for a file size no more than 400px in width and 140px in height
• Landscape logos often look better than square or portrait logos

To upload a favicon to your ShopWired account:

1. Navigate to Website assets > Logo
2. Select the favicon file from your device's hard drive
3. Optionally, select the edit image option to make any changes to the image using ShopWired's image editor
4. Select to save your changes

You can upload a JPG or PNG file as your favicon, and ShopWired will automatically convert it to an ICO file.

Follow these best practices when uploading a favicon:

• Where available, use a file with a transparent background (i.e. a PNG or ICO file)
• Square favicons will look better than square or portrait favicons
• Aim for a file size around 200px x 200px, but be aware that favicons typically appear very small (sometimes as small as 16px x 16px)
