Katana imports product data using a CSV file uploaded within your Katana account. Katana provides a downloadable CSV template that defines the required column structure.
To export your product data from ShopWired:
- Navigate to Products
- Use the export option to download your products as a CSV file
- Save the CSV file to your computer
If required, edit the exported CSV file so that its columns match the structure defined by Katana’s import template.
The completed CSV file can then be uploaded to Katana to create or update products. If column mapping is required, this must be configured within Katana during the import process.
