ViSenze is a visual search and product discovery platform for ecommerce websites.
It provides AI-powered product search, recommendations, and visual discovery features for online stores.

After your account is created and configured you will be prompted to upload your csv product file.

Providing a CSV product file to ViSenze
ViSenze requires a product CSV file containing your store’s product data.
To export a product CSV file from ShopWired:
- Navigate to Products > Export
- Export your products as a CSV file.
Upload the exported CSV file to ViSenze when creating or updating your product catalog.
Within the ViSenze platform, you will be required to map the columns in the uploaded CSV file to ViSenze product fields so product data is correctly recognised.

- Ensure that product image URLs included in the CSV file are publicly accessible
- If your product data changes, export and upload a new CSV file so ViSenze can use the latest product information.
