Unleashed
Unleashed is an inventory management platform that helps you track your products from production to purchase, read more about Unleashed.
ShopWired's Unleashed app allows you to connect your ShopWired and Unleashed accounts so you can sync stock from Unleashed to ShopWired and export order information from ShopWired to Unleashed.
To install the app:

To connect your ShopWired and Unleashed accounts:
- Navigate to Apps > Manage > Unleashed
- Enter your API ID and API key from your Unleashed account
- To obtain your API credentials from Unleashed, navigate to Integration > Unleashed API access
- Your API ID and API key will be displayed
- Select
connect
If the credentials are correct, a success message will confirm that the app is connected to your Unleashed account.

If you want to disconnect your ShopWired and Unleashed accounts, select the disconnect
option on the app.

Sync stock from Unleashed
To enable stock sync from Unleashed to ShopWired, select the Sync stock from Unleashed setting.
Export orders to Unleashed
To enable order exporting from ShopWired to Unleashed, select the Export orders to Unleashed setting.
Send requested delivery date to Unleashed
If you are prompting visitors to enter a during checkout and you would like this requested date to be included in the information exported to the order in Unleashed, select the Send requested delivery date to Unleashed setting.
Unleashed warehouse code
Enter the code of the warehouse on Unleashed that ShopWired orders should be exported to into the Unleashed warehouse code setting. If the setting is blank, orders will be exported to the default warehouse. Warehouse codes can be located within Unleashed by navigating to Settings > System > Warehouses.

Initial stock sync
When connecting ShopWired and Unleashed for the first time, you should perform an initial stock sync. SKU codes will only sync if they already exist on both your ShopWired and Unleashed accounts and if their SKU codes exactly match on both platforms.
To perform the initial stock sync, select the sync now
option in the Initial stock sync section. You should need to do this once.
Automatic stock sync
Once you've completed the initial stock sync, any new products you create on both ShopWired and Unleashed where the SKU codes exactly match on both platforms, stock will sync automatically from Unleashed to ShopWired.
Checking stock synced SKUs
You can check which SKU codes on your ShopWired account are currently matched with a SKU code on Unleashed by selecting the get stock synced products
option in the Initial stock sync section.

To export orders from ShopWired to Unleashed, you must map VAT/tax rates on your ShopWired account to tax codes on Unleashed. To map your tax rates:
- Locate the Tax codes mapping section
- For each VAT/tax rate you sell products or delivery at on ShopWired, enter the value into the Tax rate setting
- Enter only numbers here, e.g.

- Repeat the process for each tax rate by selecting

If an order is created with a rate of VAT/tax that is not mapped to a Xero code, it will not export successfully.
Order exporting

If you have selected to export orders to Unleashed by selecting the Export orders to Unleashed setting, orders will export to Unleashed where the ShopWired order contains at least one product with a SKU code that exactly matches a SKU code on Unleashed.
- Orders created on your ShopWired account with the click and collect delivery zone will be exported to Unleashed as pickup
- Information about an order’s payment status or payment method is not exported to Unleashed
- Orders that contain only products not synced with Unleashed will not be exported to Unleashed
- Orders containing a mix of synced and non-synced products will export only the synced products to Unleashed
- When an order is exported, the app will attempt to match the order to an existing customer in Unleashed. If no match is found, a new customer record will be created. Matching is completed using:
- First, the company name. If the order has a company, the app will attempt to match to an existing customer record on Unleashed that has a matching company name. If no match is found but a company name is provided, a new customer record will be created
- If no company name is provided, the app will attempt to match the billing email address. If there’s no match, it will use the surname and billing postcode to find an existing customer record. If no match is found, a new customer record will be created
