Turnover limit
Each of ShopWired’s packages has a turnover limit, which is the maximum amount of turnover your ShopWired website can generate in the previous 365 days
Every night, ShopWired looks at your ShopWired account and its qualifying turnover (as defined below) over the previous 365 days:
- If your ShopWired account is approaching the turnover limit for your ShopWired package, ShopWired will automatically email your ShopWired registered account’s email address to let you know
- The first email is sent when your ShopWired account has exceeded 90% of its package’s turnover limit
- The second email is sent when your ShopWired account has exceeded 95% of its package’s turnover limit
- Both the first and second emails are sent to your ShopWired account's main registered email address
- If the ShopWired account's qualifying turnover is found to be above the turnover limit for your ShopWired package, the account will be automatically migrated to the next highest package available and your billing card will be automatically charged - your account's billing interval will remain the same
You can view your ShopWired account's turnover allowance and current usage in the Your ShopWired package section of the Billing/Invoices page.
Qualifying turnover
The following types of orders create a record on the turnover allowance and therefore count towards your ShopWired account’s package’s turnover limit and are therefore qualifying turnover:
- Any completed order created through a payment gateway through the website
- Any unpaid (incomplete) order created through the website that is subsequently marked as paid through ShopWired admin
- Any quote marked as paid through ShopWired admin
- Any order created from a subscription

- Any order created via ShopWired's API

- Any order created using the offline payment method
- Any order imported from eBay or Lightspeed
