ShopWired's website pages feature allows you to create and manage standard text or information pages on your website, such as 'Privacy Policy' and 'Terms and Conditions'.
When your ShopWired account is created, some pages are automatically created for you:
- About Us
- FAQs
- Delivery Information
- Terms & Conditions
- Refund Policy
- Privacy Policy
These pages contain example content that you can customise to suit your business.
You can use the website pages feature to create as many text and information pages as you need to; however, it's important to note:
- ShopWired's landing pages feature, available on all Version 5 themes, can and should be used to create content-rich pages
- ShopWired's blog feature available on all themes should be used where appropriate

Website pages are edited and created by navigating to Website > Website pages.
To create a new page, select the add new website page
option.
To edit a page, select the edit
option and apply your changes.

When you create a new page, it won't automatically be included in your website's menus.
To add a website page to your website's menus, use ShopWired's link lists feature.

If you delete a website page or change its URL, it's important to set up a . This ensures that visitors and search engines that attempt to visit the old URL are automatically redirected to the new URL, preventing a error.
ShopWired's text editor
ShopWired's text editor
ShopWired uses a custom implementation of the classic mode of the Froala editor to provide a text editor that you can use for your text and information pages.
The editor has some limitations that you should be aware of:
- When copying text from another website, the styling applied to the text might be copied across into the editor
- When copying text from a document such as Microsoft Word, a PDF file or Google Docs, the styling applied to the text might be copied across into the editor
- The exact layout and formatting of text configured within the editor might not always be mirrored when viewing the page on your website
When copying text across, it's advisable to paste the text into a text editor on your computer and make the text before copying it into the editor.
If the layout and formatting of text configured within the editor isn't mirrored on your website, contact theme support for assistance.

ShopWired doesn't have default functionality to create private website pages only visible to certain visitors or certain customer types (such as trade customers).
However, this can be achieved by editing your website's theme files and using ShopWired custom fields feature or by detecting the type of visitor using .
