After creating your account you can configure your chat settings and customise the appearance of the chat widget. JivoChat will then provide a script which can be installed on your website.

The code shown above is provided as an example only. You must copy the exact script provided in your own JivoChat account, as the script and any ID values will be unique to your website.
- Navigate to Website > Themes
- Select the
code editoroption for the theme you want to edit - Open the
master.twigfile - Add the script just before the closing
</head>tag - Select Save changes
After the script has been added, the JivoChat widget will appear on every page of your website, allowing visitors to start a chat with your team.
