Once your account is created you can build a survey (called a Voiceform) and generate embed code to place it on your website.

To add the embed to your website:
- Navigate to Website > Themes
- Select
customise your theme - Select
add a new section - Choose the custom HTML section type
- Paste the Voiceform embed code into the Custom HTML field
- Position the section where you want the form to appear
