Delivery
ShopWired offers a wide range of features and functionality that enable you to charge your customers for the delivery of orders they create.
Each basket of products has one delivery rate applied to it based on:
- The visitor's location
- The delivery rates configured for the visitor's location
- The delivery rate selected by the visitor
A product can be excluded from delivery rate calculations by:

Delivery rates are configured by:
- Creating delivery zones which determine which countries/territories you offer delivery to
- Creating delivery rates within each configured delivery zone
Delivery rates are configured to be applicable to a specific , and the visitor can select which delivery rate they want to use. More than one delivery rate can be configured for a delivery zone that covers the same basket scenario or overlaps with the basket scenario of another delivery rate, enabling you to create different delivery services (e.g. fast and slow delivery).

- When offering delivery within the UK, use the UK postcode shipping app to configure which postcodes delivery rates apply to
- When offering delivery within the US, you can configure which states delivery rates apply to
