Printify
Printify is a print-on-demand platform that allows businesses to sell custom products. You can use ShopWired's integration with Printify to sell print-on-demand products on your ShopWired website. When a customer buys a print-on-demand product from you, the order will be automatically exported to Printify for fulfilment.
To install the app:
Once the app is installed, configure your Printify settings by navigating to Apps > Manage > Printify.

To connect your Printify account to ShopWired:
- Make sure you are logged into your Printify account in another browser tab. If you don’t have an account, create one here
- Navigate to Apps > Manage > Printify
- Select
connect with Printify
- Follow the on-screen instructions to authorise ShopWired to access your Printify account
Once the connection has been established, a confirmation message will be displayed and additional settings for the app will be available.

If you want to disconnect your ShopWired and Printify accounts, select the disconnect
option in the app.

Send exported orders to production automatically
If you want new orders to be automatically placed into production when they are exported to Printify, enable this setting. If this setting is not enabled, orders will be exported as pending
, and you will need to manually submit them for fulfilment in your Printify account.
Send an email to the customer when the order status is changed to shipped
When ShopWired receives a message from Printify that an order has been shipped, the app will change the status of the order in ShopWired to the order status corresponding to the shipped .
If you want to automatically notify a customer when Printify ships their order (through an order status email), select the send an email to the customer when the order status is changed to shipped
setting.

In the Delivery rates mapping section of the Printify app, you can map each of your configured delivery rates to a corresponding Printify shipping method.
Printify offers two shipping methods: Standard
and Express
.
To map delivery rates:
- Locate the Delivery rates mapping section in the Printify app
- Select the
get ShopWired delivery rates
option to import your ShopWired delivery rates into the app- The date of the last sync is displayed at the top of the section
- For each of your ShopWired delivery rates, select a corresponding Printify shipping method from the dropdown menu
- Save your changes
Importing products from Printify to ShopWired
Importing products from Printify to ShopWired
To list products from Printify on your ShopWired website, you need to first configure them in your Printify account. Once configured:
- Navigate to the Printify products section in the Printify app
- Select the products you want to import by selecting the checkbox for each product, or select the checkbox at the top to select all products on the page

Once you have imported a product from Printify, you should select to edit each product to add additional information that won't have imported from Printify. For example:
- Configuring at least one category
- Writing a product description
- Setting a recommended retail price
You can edit imported products through your ShopWired account in the standard way.
Order fulfilment
Order fulfilment
When you receive an order containing a product that has been imported from Printify, the details of the product(s) and order will be exported to Printify automatically. Orders are exported to Printify as soon as they are created on ShopWired.
- If the order also contains products not fulfilled by Printify, those products will not be included in the exported order
- Printify will fulfil the order and ship it directly to the customer
If an order fails to export to Printify, it will appear in the Export errors section of the app:
- Review the error in the Export errors section
- Fix the issue (e.g., update the order or product details)
- Retry the export by selecting
