Your ShopWired account dashboard provides a summary of the activity in your ShopWired account and on your website.

If there's a new update about ShopWired (either new functionality or an update to the platform), we'll post a notice on your dashboard. Once you've read the message, you can select the dismiss option, and the notice will be hidden from your dashboard. When there's a new update, we'll place a new notice in your account.

If you have not yet completed email verification for the sending of transactional emails, then we'll post a notice to remind you. ShopWired strongly recommends completing email verification as soon as possible. If you need help, contact us.

The sales summary and sales history sections provide an overview of the orders received on your ShopWired account.

Orders with an order status corresponding to the cancelled default order status are not included in the summaries. If you refund an order, the order still counts towards the total number of orders received that is displayed, but order values only include the amount of orders not refunded.

The website visitors summary provides information about the total number of visitors to your website over the previous 15 days. You can select view reports to see full visitor statistics for your website.

The summary provides the count of unique visitors.

You can invite friends, colleagues, or anyone else to create a ShopWired account through your unique referral link. For each referral you make, you'll receive a 15% commission on any subscription payments they make to ShopWired, for the lifetime of their website.

The dashboard's key information section displays some insights into your ShopWired account that you may find useful:

• The total number of products in your ShopWired account and your account's product allowance
• The total number of search engine optimisation warnings
• The total amount of app charges your account has accrued so far
• The date that your ShopWired subscription payment is next due and the amount of the payment
• The total amount of qualifying turnover that your ShopWired website has processed over the previous 365 days and what your ShopWired account's turnover allowance is

The recent orders section displays the most recent nine orders received on your website.

You can select an order to view the full details and manage the order within your ShopWired account.

Only completed orders are displayed.
