Deleting data

You can use ShopWired’s delete data feature to delete all of your products, categories, customers, trade customers, and bulk pricing rules from your ShopWired account.

1. Before deleting data, we recommend taking a backup of the data using the corresponding data export system
2. Navigate to Your account (top right) > Delete data
3. Locate the delete option for the type of data you want to delete and select it

Deleting data in bulk can take some time depending on the amount of data being deleted. The progress indicator will give you an indication of how much longer the process has to run.

You can only initiate a single bulk delete process at any one time.
