Inter-account stock sync
You can use the inter-account stock sync app to automatically sync stock for products/variations on different ShopWired accounts where the same SKU code is used.
The app works using:
- A
controller
account, which is the ShopWired account where stock adjustments are made (e.g. when you receive a new delivery of stock) - One or more
replica
accounts, which are ShopWired accounts that receive stock updates from thecontroller
account
Stock levels for matching SKUs are adjusted on the controller account when:
- An order is created on a replica account
Stock levels for matching SKUs are adjusted on the replica account(s) when:
- A SKU's quantity has been edited on the controller account when editing a product

- A is completed
- A is created on the controller account or another replica account
