Managing products
Existing products are shown in a table on the Products page.
You can use the search and filters shown at the top of the page to:
- Search products by product name, SKU, GTIN or warehouse notes
- Filter products by category
- Filter products by:
- Products
in stock
(if a product has variations, only one variation needs to be in stock to be returned) - Products
out of stock
(if a product has variations, all variations need to be out of stock to be returned) - Products configured as
subscription products
- Products configured as
pre-order products
Listed on eBay
(if a product is linked to an active listing on eBay, it will be returned)Not listed on eBay
(if a product is not linked to a listing on eBay, or the eBay listing has expired, it will be returned)- Filter products by

/inactive

Managing products
Select products from the table to:
- Use the bulk editor to make changes to multiple products at once
- Export the selected products into a CSV file by selecting the
export (CSV)
option - The CSV file generated follows the same format as the standard product export
- Change the stock quantities of the products, and/or their variations, by selecting the
change stock
option - Change the categories and brands assigned to the products by selecting the
categorise
option - Delete the products by selecting the
delete
option - Deleting products is irreversible
- Delete all the products on the page by selecting the
delete all

To delete a product, select the delete
option. When deleting a product:
- The product is permanently removed from your ShopWired account; this is irreversible
- This includes product images, which are removed from ShopWired's
- ShopWired strongly advises configuring a for each deleted product to forward visitors to a different page
If you only want to stop purchases of the product on your website, consider deactivating it instead.

Deactivating products
You can make a product inactive by deselecting the active
setting for the product.
When a product becomes inactive:
- The product will no longer appear:
- As a featured product on your website's home page
- In any embedded product section
- On category/brand pages
- In search results
- The product page can still be viewed on your website by visiting the product page URL
- The product page will from search engine results
- Visitors to the product will still see the add to basket button (unless you make a change to your theme), but an error will be returned when they attempt to add it to the basket
- The product page will not be included in your website's
