Wholesale delivery

ShopWired’s wholesale delivery feature is a simple feature that allows you to create simple delivery charging rules for customers on your website logged into a trade account:

• Set a fixed delivery cost that trade customers will pay, irrespective of the contents of their basket
• Set a free delivery order value threshold
• Trade customers with a basket with a total value higher than this threshold will not be charged for delivery
• Wholesale delivery rules apply to all trade customers and to all orders on your website and orders created through your ShopWired account
• The wholesale delivery feature is only available when you have the Trade accounts app installed in your ShopWired account

Once the trade accounts app is installed, you’ll be able to configure your wholesale delivery rules.

1. Navigate to B2B > Trade settings
2. Locate the Trade customer account settings section
3. Enable the setting labelled Activate the wholesale delivery feature
4. Navigate to B2B > Trade Delivery
5. In the Trade delivery cost setting, enter a fixed delivery cost that all trade customers will pay for their order, irrespective of basket value or the weight of products in their basket
6. In the Trade free delivery threshold, enter the basket value threshold above which trade customers will receive free delivery

Save your changes and test the functionality on your website to ensure it behaves as you expect.
