Closing your ShopWired account (ShopWired Payments)
If you decide to close your ShopWired account, you'll lose access to your entire account, including sections related to ShopWired Payments.
Therefore, it's always advisable to take any reports and/or downloads/exports of your orders, transactions, balance, etc., before you close your account so that you can still access any data that you'll need.
It's important to keep in mind that after your ShopWired account is closed, you'll also no longer be able to respond to disputes, although ShopWired Payments will continue to keep you informed about the results of any dispute decisions where you have already responded and challenged the dispute.
