Prodigi

Before preparing your CSV order file, you will need:

• A Prodigi csv template
• Orders in your ShopWired account
• Publicly accessible print file URLs for each product

Orders are not sent to Prodigi automatically. You must repeat this process manually for each batch of orders.

Prodigi does not natively support ShopWired. This guide explains how to use ShopWired order exports with Prodigi’s CSV importer.

Prodigi accepts order imports from CSV files that use its required column format.

To export orders from ShopWired:

1. Navigate to Orders > View orders
2. Select the orders you want to export
3. Select the export option
4. Download the order CSV file

The ShopWired export contains the order and delivery address data required for the Prodigi CSV file, but the column names must be changed before the file is uploaded to Prodigi.

The required CSV structure, column names, and accepted values are defined by Prodigi within your account. Mapping is required because ShopWired and Prodigi use different CSV column names.

The CSV file must also include a fileurl column containing a publicly accessible URL for the print file for each product. This field is not included in the ShopWired export and must be added before uploading the file.

• Prepare a saved CSV template using Prodigi’s required column names
• Check each order has a valid fileurl before uploading the file
• Use consistent SKUs in ShopWired and Prodigi to reduce manual editing
• Review shipping values before upload to ensure they match Prodigi requirements
• Keep a copy of each uploaded CSV file for order tracking
