Veeqo
Veeqo is an inventory and shipping platform that allows businesses to manage their operations across multiple channels.
ShopWired's Veeqo app allows you to connect your ShopWired account to your Veeqo account to:
- Sync stock levels from Veeqo to ShopWired
- Map delivery rates from ShopWired to Veeqo for order exporting
- Export orders from ShopWired to Veeqo
- Import and export products between ShopWired and Veeqo
- Automatically match customers for accurate order syncing
To install this app:
Once the app is installed, configure your Veeqo settings by navigating to Apps > Manage > Veeqo.

Once you've installed the Veeqo app:
- Navigate to Apps > Manage > Veeqo
- Select
Connect with Veeqo - Follow the on-screen instructions to give ShopWired access to your Veeqo account
Once the connection has been established, a confirmation message will be displayed and additional settings for the app will be available.

Sync stock levels from Veeqo to ShopWired
To enable stock sync from Veeqo to ShopWired, in the App settings section of the Veeqo app select on for the Sync stock levels from Veeqo to ShopWired setting and select the from the setting from which stock levels should be synced.
Export orders from ShopWired to Veeqo
Order export from ShopWired to Veeqo, in the app settings section of the Veeqo app select on for the Export future orders from ShopWired to Veeqo setting and select the from the setting for which ShopWired orders should be exported to.
Send stock levels to Veeqo during product export
To sync stock levels for products exported from ShopWired to Veeqo select on for the Send stock levels to Veeqo during product export setting and select the from the setting from which stock levels should be synced.

ShopWired automatically syncs stock levels between Veeqo and ShopWired where:
- The SKU code for a product or product variation exactly matches between the two platforms
- A connection exists between the SKU codes on the two platforms
Regular stock updates are only sent from Veeqo to ShopWired, and not from ShopWired to Veeqo. Stock is only synced from ShopWired to Veeqo when an order you received in your ShopWired account is exported to Veeqo. Any other stock changes made on your ShopWired account will not be synced to Veeqo. Therefore, you should use Veeqo as your main stock controller.

For the automatic stock sync to work, a connection must exist between matching SKU codes on ShopWired and Veeqo.
A connection can be established through one of the following methods:
- By manually creating the connection
- By importing a product from Veeqo to ShopWired
- By exporting a product from ShopWired to Veeqo
You can use the Link products by SKU code section to manually create a connection between matching SKU codes where the product or product variation already exists on both ShopWired and Veeqo.
Creating a connection for a single product
To create a connection for a single product, enter the SKU code you want to connect into the SKU code setting and select link now. If the SKU code is successfully connected, a confirmation message will be displayed.
Creating a connection for multiple products
To create a connection for multiple products, prepare a in spreadsheet editing software, such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, with a single column with a heading of SKU Code and each SKU code you want to link on a new row in the spreadsheet.

In the Link products by SKU code section in the Veeqo app enter SKU Code in the SKU heading setting, select the CSV file from your device's hard drive and select upload file. The Veeqo app will then attempt to create a connection for the SKU codes uploaded. If linking a large number of SKU codes, be patient whilst the file is processed.
Checking for a connection
In the link products by SKU code section in the Veeqo app use the get stock synced products option to download a CSV file containing the SKU codes that the app has established a connection for. You can use this option to check that connections you have created between products have worked successfully.
Exporting products from ShopWired to Veeqo
Exporting products from ShopWired to Veeqo
You can use the Export products to Veeqo section to export products from ShopWired. You should only use this feature if a product with the same SKU code does not already exist on Veeqo.
To export specific products from ShopWired to Veeqo:
- Use the search feature to search your products
- You can search for products by name, SKU code, GTIN or MPN
- Select the product(s) you want to export or use the checkbox at the top of the page to select all products on the page
- Select the
export selectedoption
To export all products from ShopWired to Veeqo select the export all option.
The export may take a while to process if you are trying to export a large number of products, but you do not need to stay on the Veeqo app page while it is processing.
Variation images
For products with variations, if you have assigned images to specific , Veeqo’s API does not currently support importing image assignments. You must edit the products manually in Veeqo to assign images to variations.

To remove a product from Veeqo that was exported using the Veeqo app, select the remove option next to the product in the Export products to Veeqo section.

You can use the Import products from Veeqo section to import products from Veeqo to ShopWired. You should only use this feature if a product with the same SKU code does not already exist on ShopWired.
Products already imported into ShopWired from Veeqo will display the date that the product was imported. (The import date is only available for products imported after 7th November 2024).
To import specific products from Veeqo to ShopWired:
- Select the product(s) you want to import or use the checkbox at the top of the page to select all products on the page
- Select the

To export orders from ShopWired to Veeqo you must map your ShopWired delivery rates to a corresponding Veeqo delivery method:
- Navigate to the the Delivery rates mapping section
- Select
get ShopWired delivery ratesto download your ShopWired delivery rates into the Veeqo app- The date of the last sync is displayed at the top of the section
- For each of your ShopWired delivery rates select a corresponding Veeqo delivery method

ShopWired's Veeqo app exports orders automatically if they contain products with matching SKU codes and you have selected to export orders:
- Orders are exported to Veeqo where the SKU code matches between the two platforms
- Orders with no matching SKUs are not exported
- If an order contains a mix of products with and without matching SKUs, only the matching products will be exported
- The Veeqo app attempts to match orders with customer records that already exist in Veeqo:
- First using the billing address company name
- Second using the billing address email address
- If no match is found, a new customer record is created
