Regional settings

Your ShopWired account's time zone determines the display of certain times of events within your ShopWired account (for example, the time/date of orders).

A time zone is assigned to your ShopWired account when it is created. For accounts created in the UK, ShopWired will assign the London time zone (GMT/BST), and for ShopWired accounts created in the US, ShopWired initially assigns the Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone.

To change your account's time zone:

1. Navigate to Your account (top right) > Display preferences
2. Navigate to the Regional settings section
3. Select the new time zone from the Time zone setting
4. When selecting a zone that operates daylight savings time (DST) select your time zone when this is not being used (ShopWired automatically adjusts for DST)

By default, all ShopWired accounts created within the UK, and any other country outside of the US, will use the metric system and the kilograms weight unit.

You can change your account's weight unit:

1. Navigate to Your account (top right) > Display preferences
2. Navigate to the Regional settings section
3. To change the unit system from either Metric or Imperial or Imperial to Metric, select the required option from the Unit system setting
4. To change the specific weight unit, select the required option from the Default weight unit setting
   • For Metric, you can select either gram or kilogram
   • For Imperial, you can select either pound or ounce
